Dear Daughter’s Vitamins 

Being a Teenager is Hard Work. Their Hormones are Raging, Have Mood Swings, High Energy then it Depletes, and Middle School can be Mind Challenging! 
I have had several ask me how Sidney plays Softball and Basketball Daily. My answer is Organization!! (Which we are Still trying to Master.) But also to Keep Her Healthy with lots of Fresh Foods, Water and Supplements. So, These are the vitamins that she takes every morning and why. 
Vitamin A 8000IU (Retinol) – Acne, And those Pimple Arm Bumps, Preventing Wrinkles, Dry Skin and Vision. Vit A is Required for Night Vision, also it’s what’s in carrots.🐰 *Warning- This vitamin is not water soluble. Only take one a day. Fat soluble vitamins like this can be toxic if overdosed. 
Vitamin C 500mg chewable – (Ascorbic Acid) Illness Prevention, Studies showing interfere with development of Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease.❤️ Acne, Promotes Wound Healing, and Dry Skin. 
Vitamin B1 250mg – (Thiamine) Energy, Kidneys, Nervous System Aids in Walking & Heart, Natural Mosquito Repellent (Studies show it produces a skin odor that’s not noticeable to humans but bugs hate it.)

Vitamin B6 100mg- (Pyridoxine) Energy, Helps with Females’ PMS, Pimple Prevention, Dermatitis, Anemia or Low Red Blood Cell Count that causes Extreme Fatigue, Nervous System Aids in Feet & Legs. 
Vitamin B9 400mcg (Folic Acid) – Birth Defects Prevention Recommend Daily for All Females at Child Bearing Ages, Energy for the Mind & Brain, Releases Serotonin for Good Mood, Memory & Mental Agility, Natural Anti-Depressant, and Cervical Cancer Prevention. 
Vitamin B12 1000mcg (Cobalamin) – Increases Energy Levels, and Natural Anti-Depressant. 
Vitamin E 200IU (Tocopherols) – Natural Antioxidant (Closest thing to Fountain of Youth), Studies are showing Prevention & Treatment of Cancer & Macular Degeneration (Blindness), Anemia that causes Fatigue, and Mouth Cold Sores. *Warning- This vitamin is not water soluble. Only take one a day. Fat soluble vitamins like this can be toxic if overdosed. 
I have started her on the above vitamins one at a time to ensure there are no side effects. Take about a week before adding another vitamin. 
We Started with Vitamin B9. 
Then Vitamin C. 

(Please note Vit C will clean the gut of impurities so there may be a few loose stools at first. Don’t start another new vitamin until stools resume normal.)
Then add Vitamin E.
Then Vitamin A. 
Then start Vitamin B12, then B6 and B1. 
We have yet to try to start her on these two. I will add Vit D3 then Zinc last. Be Aware Zinc has lots of Side Effects and may not want to add to your regime. Side effects include but not limited to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, metal taste, and abdominal cramps. 
Vitamin D3 (Ergocalciferol) – Strengthen Bones to Prevent Fractures, Studies show Cancer Prevention, and Psoriasis. *Warning- This vitamin is not water soluble. Only take one a day. Fat soluble vitamins like this can be toxic if overdosed. 
Zinc – Immune Boosting, Powerful Antioxidant, Cancer Prevention, Hormone Levels, Stress, Aging, Improve Physical Performance & Strength, Energy Levels, Reproductive Health & Fertility, Heart Health, Prevent Diabetes, Prevent Alzheimer’s, Improve Sleep & Cognition, Elevate Mood & Avoid Depression,Those Pimple Arm Bumps, Promotes Wound Healing, Dandruff, and Acne. 
May want to pass on Zinc supplement and get it in foods. 
Zinc foods- Oysters, Lamb, Wheat Germ, Pumpkin Seeds, Cashews, Brown Beans, and Cabbage. 
Other Popular Supplements…
Magnesium, Calcium, Iron and Muscles… all go together. Professional Athletes add these to their daily plans for those Buff Bods. But a WARNING must be given. Remember, The Heart is also a muscle. An enlarged heart is why many athletes kill over Dead. So, Do NOT take

Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron without talking to your Doctor first. 
I have excluded Vitamins B2 and B3. There are side effects that have to be monitored closely. So it is far better to get these from foods.  
B2 foods- Cheese, Nuts, Steak, Eggs, and Spinach. 

B3 foods- Fish, Chicken, Turkey, Mushrooms and Green Peas. 
And there it is! My plan for the Teenager. FYI.. It’s the Same Plan for Male of Female, Teenager or Adult. (I take them too!) But Elementary Age Children can take Chewable Flintstones with Vitamin C, (my favorite). There are Sufficient for their Growing Bodies. Enjoy!
